New ‘org initiatives’ appear every quarter only to be abandoned. Benefits are bleak: no transportation support, no meal options, and employees even cover the cost of welcome lunches. On-site attendance is compulsory in a poor workspace lacking basic furniture, meeting areas, and functioning bathrooms. Zero diversity, and women receive clearly unequal treatment.
