Toxic boss/ toxic culture/ toxic management - Manager bei Knight Frank: Mitarbeiterbewertung

As the title started, the rot starts from the management. My department's culture was toxic where my boss encouraged my colleagues to speak ill of each other as if she had no responsibility over their performance. There would be sudden outbursts by her, favouritism at its worst where the best leads and listings would be handed over to a pet subordinate whom had to share 50% of the commission with her. She gets a 20% cut of all leads that goes through her via general inquiries. Sometimes she might meet the prospect once, after which once a listing is secured, a 20% cut for having met the prospect once. Most long timers here are favored, and taken care by somebody and not because they are performers. Best to avoid the company
