Pros

Nice colleagues on mid level, good benefits and hybrid working for now

Kontras

Senior management in Europe are horrible, not trustworthy and don't care about employees. The German office is less corrupt. Constant restructures causing good people to leave either in frustration or being made redundant while those who don't work or are arrogant are kept and even promoted since they're all friends. Pay is always behind the market. Try to raise a concern and you pay for it, sometimes heavily. Sr mgmt feel its ok to belittle people and are dishonest. Onboarding new employees? It's sink or swim. Would make more sense to onboard new employees so they know the parts of the company, meet people.

Pros

- Fantastic management (if you’re on the right team) - Great company benefits (income, employer match, insurance, PTO, etc) - Positive environment where employees and managers can collaborate and work together on tasks/projects Overall, really solid company and I enjoyed my time there even though it was short. My manager was extremely nice and pushed us to be the best version of ourselves both inside and outside of the company. Great experience that I would recommend to others.

Kontras

- Metrics (I get why they are there, but can be frustrating) - “Open office” space: cubicles that aren’t REALLY cubicles. Not much privacy and could be hard to hear people when making calls. - Training program: not completely a con but could definitely use some work. It was information overload and you didn’t really take much away.
