10yWe are pleased to hear that you enjoy working with great teammates and have challenging work. As it relates to health care, over the past few years we have invested in wellness solutions for our teammates. This investment includes a competitive insurance plan, a Health Savings Account, an on-site health center in Arizona, one preferred network in Chicago, along with a variety of other wellness initiatives. In addition, in 2016, we drastically changed our prescription drug coverage to ensure our teammates aren’t required to hit a deductible for certain maintenance medications. Our current deductible is $1,500 for teammates, and $3,000 for families which we found to be competitive in the marketplace. In order to assist our teammates with that expense, we provide $500 (for teammates) and $1,000 (for families) in a health savings account. One of our focuses is to ensure our teammates have access to resources they need to keep themselves and their families healthy.
