      Pros

      None, Management feels entitled and treat all staff like cattle. CIO does not offer new ideas or direction. Same old speak about outsourcing to India and moving to cloud. Shown to know nothing about either. Easiest way to managements lying..,,their lips move

      Only thing worse than the pay are the benefits. Management constantly pushing the false narrative that Insight is greatest company to work for. Only 1x pay available for life insurance. 401k matching only to 3%, no bonuses for anyone under Manager level. Force staff to hire and train replacement before termination with little to no severance.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Kontras

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
