We are concerned with your comment on cost cutting and the travel agent part. Informatica is a fair organization and its employees, including the management do not indulge in activities mentioned by you. However, if you think this exists, please feel free to walk into my office and have a chat with me or write to anyone in the Management team or our CHRO and we will look into it. You might be aware that the IPS team gets additional financial reward for all onsite travels and the onsite travel opportunities are maximum in your group. On the team outings and team events, your group has had lunch outings, offsites, team outings including a team trip to Europe sponsored by the company this year.
