12yThank you for your candid feedback. I’m sorry you were not satisfied with working at Informatica. We benchmark our pay ranges at least yearly to ensure that we pay market-competitive salaries. The company will be looking at our pay ranges again in Q1 to ensure they are at the right levels.
Regarding your feedback on single points of failure, we have redundant processes in place for our most critical systems. We rely on our employees and many of the latest technologies to maintain high uptimes.
Thank you for your comments about staff not feeling part of the team and management needing to empower and communicate better. The IT organization is increasing focus on continual communication and meeting with employees to create a sense of team.
The company moved a part of its help desk to India, where we have had operations for many years. Our ongoing growth has allowed us to increase our hiring almost every year in the U.S., India and globally.
