1. Exec team is 100% focused on an IPO. They need you to be successful so they get their stock payout. 2. No stock plan for employees, large stock options available to execs with zero given to long term employees that have helped steer and drive their current success. 3. Failed to inspire any great sales SVP's to join. 4. Small time CFO is focused on costs, I had my sales compensation plan changed twice mid year - I beat the new rules and the second set of even more restrictive rules. Their CFO decided not to pay my full comp agreed in my contract. But instead what they felt was "fair". This is not how sales works, nobody cares about helping sales when we arent performing. 5. Current CEO and majority of engineering/product management are all old friends going back a long way, probably best to avoid the engineering org as you will be unable to grow above this team of execs. 6. Outsourced a lot of development to India, the quality of releases is as you'd expect.
