Little to no benefits to working here at the moment.

- Compensation packages trail the market SIGNIFICANTLY. Firstly, base salaries are noticeably below market average. Additional compensation in the form of cash bonuses are extremely rare and the processes/targets are not at all transparent. Apparently there should be quarterly bonuses but this rarely occurs, then at the end of the year you may get £500 bonus that you're expected to kiss managements feet for. There are NO STOCK OPTIONS to supplement the poor cash pay which is very disappointing for a now unicorn level European start-up. - There are no development plans/pathways for employees. There is not any review processes in place to help map out and support employees learning and development, for example professional qualifications and promotion timelines. This is very disheartening.
