- Infobip is not an international company although they like to claim it. All decisions are centralised in Croatia and so are all operations. If you're not part of the HQ, it's very much "live with it". Offices outside of Croatia are there to have an entity to legally operate in that country. And they are treated that way.
- Infobip relies on the fact that they are the most desirable company to work for in the Balkans but often forget that there is a world outside of that region. Most departments are stacked with less expensive working students. They have a problem finding talent, especially for capable managers.
- Infobip HR does not care much about people. Changes get introduced on a "take it or leave it" basis. Change management is not a thing. Be prepared to have a different job a few months after starting without any notice.
