Lots of visibility to upper management due to the lean structure. Yearly bonus is pretty good most the time.
Kontras
Pay is not where it should be. Management will throw you under the bus and treat you like a doormat. They take a very long time to make decisions about any little thing. No movement within the company, you will be in your one role for 10+years before even getting a bump up on their Hay scale rating. They won't explain the hay scale to the employees, so you'll never know what to strive for.
