      Management changes processes weekly. With Aetna Merger coming its all about the numbers when it used to be about the members. Humana has started to loose its identity. Too bad. You were on to something great now youre just Aetna.

Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
