      Company tries to be too innovative and it gets them into trouble at times. Have been burned several times by upper management. Lots of change taking place right now with healthcare reform.

Thought this was too intrusive - how do you handle disagreements - how are you able to multi-task - are you able to commit to deadlines Got a very bad vibe with the team
