Pros

Benefits are good - a lot of paid time off, competitive bonus structure, and extended health benefits.

Kontras

There seems to be some level of nepotism with the new executives hired under the new CEO. There is also no diversity in the executive team. Massive push for AI without considering the actual cost/benefit analysis. Investment management division creating toxic work environment for other divisions. Massively reduced work life balance.
