It's a job. Not really sure what people are seeing as a pro here the overpriced cafeteria or the good ol boys club?

The recent bonus was the biggest slap in the face to anyone who is a lower-level employee here. We get quarterly bonuses. Last quarter they brought us back into the office. Most employees disagreed with that decision and preferred working from home. Profits for last quarter were more than double what they were a year ago. But our bonus was one third of what it was a year ago only 2.5%. The good old boys club is out of control. HR is awful doesn't listen and can't hire more employees in a timely manner. Going the extra mile will only get you a slap on the wrist. If you are female, a minority, or under the age of 40 stay away from company. Speaking up or calling out the BS will only hurt you at this company. Don't waste your time while the bigwigs go out and party and take all the bonus money. They say they reward us by giving us sub sandwiches, but they reward themselves with fancy steak dinners, fancy Sports tickets, loads of time off, fancy trips, and call it doing business. If they have the title of Vice President it means they make a of money and don't do anything. Just look at who is in the office on a Friday afternoon. All the workers are there during the summer hours amongst each other, but every week all the directors are gone all the VPs are gone all the executives are gone. Not just for half a day, but for a whole day there half day comes on Thursday.

Pros

My management does not micro manage me. They allow us freedom to make decisions. That's the best part to me. Pay is decent. Definite job security. Lots of growth opportunities if you want it.

Kontras

More pay is always what we want. No more work from home for the most part. There is some flexibility on that if needed. Depending on where you live, the office is a nice drive. High volume calls.
