This company is so desperate for employees, that if you can pee in a cup and have a pulse you will be hired. Some departments have a higher turnover rate than the fast food industry. The amount of disrespect you will receive from upper management is sickening. All this company cares about is making the shareholders happy. This means that they will do everything in their power to screw you out of bonuses, screw you out of pay increases, and screw you out of moving up in the company. It's the reasons why so many people have left and are looking to leave.
