Pros
As a small team (of about 20 nationally) with a shallow management structure things were always transparent which made for a fantastic team culture. Pre entry psychometric testing seemed to place a lot of emphasis on 'fit', not surprisingly those that made it into the team generally felt like they were surrounded by like thinking co workers. Might sound a little creepy to some, but that was the best cultural fit I've ever found. All the critical mass of a multi national (powerhouse brands and a great product portfolio) combined with a relatively small headcount locally. Many international career opportunities available, and numerous of my colleagues took them up.

When one of the key leaders was transferred internationally we seemed to lose momentum as his replacement was not of the same standard (and may have duped his was through the pre entry testing)
