HR actually cares about the well being of employees and listens objectively, it is a great place to learn what it means to work in a corporate environment. If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere!!

Staff is overworked and extremely underpaid, it is shocking how little a manager can make. If you do well at your job, you are prevented from moving forward, getting a promotion can mean little to no raise, bonuses and raises are inconsistent, there are periodical layoffs in the company.
