First phone call with HR. Went very well. Asked about my current work experience compared to this job. Said would pass my resume on to the credit manager and if they wanted to interview me they will call. I did receive the call. Went in and was interviewed by 3 managers and the president of the credit and collections department. Interview lasted almost two hours. Very good interview. Over all job mirrors what I currently do. Great feed back from the manager who is looking to fill the position. Said that they all really liked me. They have to send their feed back to corporate then they will place the next interview. Fingers crossed.

This was one of the oddest interview processes I've been apart of. There seemed to be a breakdown in communication the entire time. I was promised a 5th interview but never heard back from them again after following up multiple times. They didn't seem serious about hiring anyone and the GM answered multiple phone calls during the interview. Ended up getting a better offer elsewhere.

I was contacted by text message, and then did an online interview, which took about an hour. I was then after 5 min offered a job. To which they explained what was going to happen, how much I would get paid and instructions as to what I was supposed to do for the job, starting the very next day.

Multiple phone interviews with the HR office based in the West Coast to source if you're potentially a right candidate this was for an outside position with fair compensation so the company took their time to make sure they'd hire the right person

A lengthy process of over 2 months of individual calls and conference calls. Only 1 face to face meeting before signing on. Basically talking to the local hierarchy about experience, personality, and potential scenarios as an FAE. Talked to Outside Sales, GM of Branch, GM of Region, and VP of region before getting an offer. Not much negotiation room on salary. I was also encouraged to talk to currently employed FAE's of the company and even former employees.

A bunch of phone calls with HR, they ask you basic sales questions and describe salary and benefits. Once completed you get asked to come in for an interview with HR, they then take oyu to see the talent acquisition specialist. Once you get through this there is another interview with the sales force.

Met with Regional VP then video interview with his direct report. The Regional VP and I met at a neutral site over coffee. It was relaxed and easy going. For the video interview I had to go into the office and use a computer to do the Skype call.

Also reviewed the state of the market and what I thought were the important drivers to the energy market. Asked about my experience with dealing with different suppliers.
