good benefits, good career progression, good peers, interesting problems to solve, good safety culture
Kontras
Poor management; top down management style from senior leaders. Bonuses for senior level management are more important than good people keeping thier jobs. Poor managers get promoted and moved on. Hardly any vacation and every week is at least a 55hr week. When benefits were cut there are not many reasons to work there.
