salary, and I am forced write more text for no good reason.

Sales does not work and gets a free pass at every step of way, and senior management defends their racism, sexism, and zero sales. Yet good people in other departments are getting cut to make way for keeping sales. Apparently they went to the local pub to bribe the local drunks to work for Epsilon and then a year later defend them as the gold standard. Their inability to sell is then blamed on every other department. If you flag up issues in a friendly, constructive manner you will get blacklisted. We have also enquired about our upcoming acquisition by Publicis, and it is obvious that senior management is keeping all of the good information and good details to cover themselves and not us. My only regret is that I have to give at least one star on this review.

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.
