Pros

20 days PTO at start. Salaried positions offer unlimited sick time. Unsick day and floating holiday once per year. 10 paid holidays. Medical, dental, vision costs within the norm. Bonuses, however they don’t make up for below market pay.

Kontras

Below market pay raises. Outside of promotions I’ve never had a raise above 4% despite getting exceeds expectations on all performance reviews. PE takeover has resulted in many losing their job and has caused teams to run too thin. Productivity software installed on all U.S. employee machines as well as tracking of all Teams messages shows a complete distrust from the CEO on down. My manager is so afraid of losing their job that they won’t even speak up about how bad things actually are when they’re in meetings with upper management and instead of doing the right thing has put more pressure on the team and this has resulted in even more turnover. New owners and CEO only want “yes” men and women in management positions as they don’t take constructive feedback well. Very difficult to move up after a certain point.
