Pros
- a lot of amazing, intelligent, and funny coworkers - great health insurance - goals and standards are generally clear cut - I think that upper management genuinely cares about the employees and the company culture

- pay is low for the workload and high standards that you are held to - 401k match maxes out at 1.5%. That's pretty weak... - middle management (AMs and Leads) is generally very inexperienced and unable to deal with team concerns. These roles are very obviously decided by a popularity contest and not ability. - when the team provides feedback to management on things that are flat out NOT WORKING and need to change, the response is always an empty platitude about growth and innovation. I wish I could get away with that in my O3s. - I agree with others here that the raffles and pizza parties as rewards are infantilizing and not incentivizing. I appreciate trying to keep things fun, but instead why don't you raise our pay and stop micromanaging us by the second? That would be fun.
