The hiring process was smooth, with the help of personnel from Poland, Brazil and Costa Rica. There are benefits, such as employees discounts. The offices have strategic location, close to public transportation. They also provide door-to-door transportation for those whose shift ends after 11pm.
Kontras
Salaries were not competitive regarding roles and same industry in the country. Growth opportunities seemed permeated by personal relationships and sympathies rather than merit-based. Senior management seemed absent, and the lack of budget for training and quality limited incentives and activities. There are not clear development and growth paths.
