Transitioning from a CTG contractor to a full-time Lenovo employee is difficult, even after years of service, despite management’s reassurances. CTG contractors receive lower pay and fewer benefits compared to Lenovo employees. Some CTG PTO is automatically used for Lenovo holidays, giving you less flexibility in how you use your time off.
