Pros
Past two years have been very difficult for everyone. Click has been transitioning from an Israel-based, public, on-prem company into a Boston-based, private, cloud company. During this process, many of our good friends who built Click to this age were leaving or asked to leave for many different reasons... some didn't like the culture shift, some didn't like the previous leadership, and some could not adapt. They will always be missed, and this abrupt change rather created a toxic, insecure atmosphere. However, those who are still at Click are moving on. It finally looks like Click has got the right strategy, people (we hired a ton of people from our competitors while keeping our core employees), and mindset to turn things around, and you can feel the positive vibe exuding now. Click is back at winning some major deals while the product just keeps getting more mature, at least 2-3 steps ahead of competition.
Kontras
Still no leadership executives, months after they were asked to leave.
