Tough environment to be in

This is a fabulous start up environment. The company has an ingenious and disruptive product that keeps getting better and better every day. Competitors are increasingly coming to CircleBack for the data because they know it's the best. The staff is open door and friendly. There was a house cleaning of employees earlier in the year and the management has learned from some early bumps to do a much better job of hiring people who fit into the culture and get along very well. Sales volume is skyrocketing to where the environment is nothing like it was just 6 months ago. It's just getting better and better.

Typical cons with any start up - focusing on the best opportunities and direction in which to grow. Having to sort through process and staff having to wear many more hats than they might initially expect, but that's a learning experience which is not necessarily bad. Bottom line is every work environment has problems, but the nice thing about CircleBack is each day gets noticeably better with more support, better technology, more opportunities, more staff, etc.
