Pros
On the job training for customer service with some coaching is available. The management is available when there are questions. We have a generous vacation allowance with sick time. Working here has been a great benefit for me to help in the pharmaceutical strategies. We were able to work from home during the Covid Pandemic. I am confident in the company in being able to continue with its business plans for the long term. Even when taking phone calls I felt optimistic and joyful about the life that I can live working within the Customer Service Department.
Kontras
The worst part of this job is getting a call from a patient who needs medication to stay alive and they have been out of medication. Having phone calls that the patient is dead is the worst. It sounds assertive for the pharmacy to keep these people waiting like they want them to get sick, and go to the hospital or as if they just don't care people are talking about a medication that they need to save their life. Taking calls from customers who are upset that we cannot ship their prescriptions is a common issue. The high call volume and expectations of not diverting any calls.
