Pros
Very competitive environment and extremely fast paced. Decisions get taken at the drop of a hat. No distinction between an US or India employee, almost everyone treated equally. Mostly the performance of an employee does all the talking. It gives you a different kind of thrill. Competitive compensation and rewards program and makes all the hard work worth it.
Kontras
At times you need to take a break to refresh the mind but that was rarely provided in the team I worked for. I preferred staying away from politics but it does exist. Very on the face culture and not very employee centric or friendly.
