The CEO is very straight-forward; he says what he is going to do, and then does what he said. In addition, the company is doing well financially and the stock price continues to go up.
Kontras
There are very few perks (other than the bonus and the stock grants), and the business units are under pressure to minimize costs. The company runs very lean, and the standard way of lowering costs is to eliminate jobs. A job with Broadcom is risky, but it pays well.
