This is frustrating when your job is more important to the company and stressful, but you get paid the same amount as your peers who spend their time chitchatting in the office constantly. - New employees are making almost as much as I am and I have a Master's Degree - Upper management are stingy on overtime pay. Every task is a priority to them, but there isn't enough time in the day. But, they won't authorize overtime pay. - The company doesn't provide any resources for our office break-rooms.
