Staffing DNA mentality little bit far from consulting which is their wannabe . They need a professional CEO to get clear vision. Money oriented which means a cold employee money driven relation hided behind a Open culture and Business casual environment. They hire senior managers just to get their contacts. No 401K. High Turnover rate
