Pros

In most departments there is very little expectation if overtime. You can work a 40 hour week without being looked down on or dinged. Implementation seems to be the exception to that. If you're mildly competent you can relax, be comfortable and work stress free.

Kontras

Recently our CEO asked the entire company to come to glass door and write positive reviews to boost our raring and help us recruit. So take any good reviews in the past few months with a grain of salt. They tell you there are all these career opportunities. What they really mean is you can move around to different positions and do more work with more responsibility for the same pay. There are no raises when you get promoted so make sure you negotiate that initial salary. Senior management doesn't care one bit about you. If there is anything you don't like their attitude is "then get out, there are 20 more where you came from". You need to be OK with being treated like you are not valuable to work here. No matter how big the profits employees see none of it. We're running about 12% annual growth recently. Raises are 3%.

Pros

The teammates that I worked with were generally really great. Decent opportunity for learning

Kontras

The benefits were not great, 3 year vesting to get a 401k match, insurance was sub par, time off was below average. In addition to this the management team is having a lot of turnover along with getting rid of people systematically (or what feels targeted). This is following some acquisitions that could have been great but because the teams are all operating in silos with what feels like no cohesive direction from the senior leadership. The products that are being sold are very old feeling/looking with no real changes on the horizon. Pair this with high level executive leadership changes that are pointing to a potential sale of the company which likely will come with more changes and loss of employment.
