      Great team, a lot of fun at office.

      I was a great company when I started there but since the war has started the true colors started to show up more and more. Frozen salaries since December, empty promises and toxic attitude from higher ups. Withdrawn sick leaves, now you have only 20 days off per year and if you get sick...your problems, take vacation. The requirements to employees are getting higher and higher. If you get on bench and they don't find a project for you within a couple of weeks - you are fired even if you were a loyal underpaid employee for several years.

      I’m satisfied with my salary, I’m satisfied with my team, I can say I live and breathe with my work and I see people around me who are as motivated and results-oriented as I am. What makes my life much easier is the possibility to quickly and easily get approval for vacation and get a sick day, if needed. Andersen’s health insurance is including dental coverage, and the partial reimbursement of sports activities turned out to be like more than partial: my gym membership is now significantly cheaper for me.
