Firstly, people's orientation. Business is business, and first and foremost, the main thing is profit, but if you invest in a company then the company invests in you. Everything is fair. Secondly, the optimization of bureaucracy. The same as with the paragraph above. It is there (there is no getting out of it), but thanks to the people, it is not stifling and everything is always solved quickly, without boredom and drudgery. Third, outsourcing is outsourcing. There are enough projects, but it is not always possible to choose a dream project. From time to time you need to do something that makes a profit, but does not please the soul. And here, the company is trying to find a balance in order to serve everyone's interests. On the one hand, I want to make a profit on profitable projects, but perhaps not the most interesting ones. But I do care about happy, motivated employees. And the last. The company is constantly growing in size, so you can diversify profits, location and risk. After all, the larger you are, the broader your safety margin. This means there is still room for growth both as a specialist and as a manager or mentor. You may even change departments if you like.
