Very difficult to find any Pros for this company. Only one that I can think of is that the finance dept processes the salaries on time on the last day of the month.

One to many. It'll be better if I list them - 1. Zero management skills - People here get hired from any stupid college and are made managers if they are having lunch with the people in senior positions. Your promotion and appraisal depends not on the work you have done but if you are having lunch with your reporting manager throughout the year. Politics is the name of the game. 2. HR policies are a joke - The only USP this company had was the 6-hour-a-day-minimum system because there's hardly any work here which got disbanded in Nov 18. Now people are supposed to spend 9 hours daily within the office premises or rather I should say the cafeteria since people still don't have any work to do. The HR's in the company are more focused in setting up the rangoli competition instead of listening to the problems of the employees. 3. No feedback mechanism - An employee is not allowed to raise any kind of feedback towards their manager and team members because people in junior positions in the company are not allowed to have any say on the way they are being treated. The HR's say that if you have any issue you must raise it to your reporting manager.Valid point. But if that very person is the problem maker then you have nobody to talk to. The only option you are left with is resignation. 4. Sales team - There are more busy in playing carrom and organizing diwali poker games instead of finding clients that nearly half the workforce in the company is just sitting idle. People in the sales team are not able to pitch for any product of the company so they have started pitching their employees that can be loaned out for on-site work. This is the main source of revenue for the company since they charge almost 3x the salary they are paying the employee who has been sent for on-site work without giving any incentive what so ever to the employee. 5. Top management - The CEO's of the company are clueless as to how the daily working of the company is being practiced. They are more busy with their townhalls which have ever-changing mission and vision. 6. Lay-offs - The COVID-19 situation came as a blessing in disguise here as they were able to lay-off around 50% of their workforce without providing them with any viable reason for their termination. 5 minute zoom call was all that was done to tell the employee that their services will not be needed from that very day. The best part was that the HR who was handling this process of terminations was later terminated herself in 2 weeks time.
