More than 50% of employees have less than 5 years of working experience. Staff are unaware of how to use basic OA skills to promptly and efficiently do their work, so they order the IT department to do it on their behalf. I was so shocked. Using Excel by heavily relying on just functions and manually typing on their Excel sheet while ignoring the system status is. Due to the allergy co-worker, I had to eat outside spending much more money and time!
