PLs do not have technical competency (knew nothing about the product other than Microsoft Project and PPT), GLs do not have technical competency but just play politics under the cover of helping team members grow: always promote newbies or provide promotion opportunities by hiring from outside, promote or down grade the people based on what they said or reported other than what they did or performed.
