Maybe Too big company - Integration Engineer bei ASML: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Salary is not satisfying. Big chaos in way of workings. Big chaos in internal commucations. Too many people are getting paid to arrange alignments, people , teams . Not many people to do the actual job. Most people waste their time mostly in meaningless meetings with never ending discussions. Very inefficient company. Buildings are seperated in strange way, if you need something to pickup from one location and start using it in another location you might loose 1 hour just to walk. Office areas are looking good but labs are hidden in small space with no windows and a lot of noise. A lot of queue in everywhere.
