      With the current hiring rush, there is a lack or organisation with respects to training. Training is very good (so far) and the company environment is very relaxed and friendly.

      Lack of organisation. this is mostly due to the fact they are hiring so many people, and thre are install delays.

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Kontras

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
