They also strongly promote healthy habits during work hours like exercise, meditation, and nutritious diets. My team has plenty of engineers for the amount of work so I never feel over burdened or overworked. I also appreciate ASML's devotion to internal training of employees for professional and technical development. I can really feel that ASML values me.

With my position in a field office and starting during the covid pandemic, it has been a challenge to get to know people within the company outside of my department. It is a large company so you definitely need to be proactive about reaching out to others and signing up for events to learn about the global company.
