- Employees are mere resources than assets. - software department is full of managers playing politics rather than helping company to grow and succeed. - favoritism and blame games are daily rituals. - lack of professionalism coming specially from Group leads, specifically Asian and south Asian managers (I’m of South Asian ethnicity myself) without no experience whatsoever but feeling self entitled to their positions. - lack of transparency in hiring process to an extent where inexperienced employees join software teams out of nowhere for senior positions.
