The leaders in North America, with whom I've contact with, are extremely kind and caring about their associates. They're open and genuinely interested in creating the right atmosphere for excellent customer service, which is what the company offers to the market.

I work in the office in Brazil, and the local leadership, although savvy on sales and operational productivity, lack that caring feature found in their North America counterparts. The local HR is not supportive of the Business Unit I work for, the HRBP is unhelpful, and the leadership's decision on resource planning has been adversely affecting team morale.
