Old-type traditional Management needs to go 25 more years to adapt to the modern digital world; it speaks a lot but is a highly unorganized company. That is the worst leadership I have seen. It is recommended for people with low technical and zero creative Knowledge. HR and Finance never understand employees and mistreat them.
