It has been a great company with strong industry capabilities and good people.
Kontras
The company is getting too big too fast and seems to lose focus to meet (over-)ambitious growth targets. Many new senior hires from the Big Four are bringing over their own culture, a couple of founding partners retire and it is getting more and more KPI driven - it is becoming another normal mid-sized consultancy, not that bad, but not unique either.
