Management often prioritized demands over collaboration or mutual understanding. Unprofessional handling of employee absences, leading to a toxic atmosphere. Unrealistic expectations without clear instructions or constructive feedback.

      -Employees (including managers & senior level) really care about the wellbeing of all their employees. It's always recommended and encouraged to take time off, seek ways to improve your mental health, and overall work/life balance. - 4 day work week - remote - company paid health, dental and vision for the employee

      Vary depending which team you work for, but for me it is the below: Head of Dep does not care about the staff, I have witnessed people being bullied and controlled (micro managed). Direct Manager, hides the truth and tries to be nice to you in your face while doing the exact opposite behind the scenes. Toxic environment and the co-workers all feel the same way. Every department is drastically different so if you want to join Awin, you may be happy or unhappy depending on how lucky you are.
