M & P Estimator

We’re Hiring: Mid to Jr. Level M & P Estimator - US Market

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (Onsite - Full-Time)
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented M&P Estimator with proven experience in the US construction market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in estimating Mechanical and Plumbing systems, along with the capability to guide and support junior estimators within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents related to Mechanical and Plumbing scope.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates using estimation software.
• Develop comprehensive cost breakdowns for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to clarify scope and pricing.
• Ensure timely completion of estimates within strict deadlines.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior estimators.
• Stay updated with US Mechanical and Plumbing standards, codes, and market pricing trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of Mechanical and Plumbing estimation experience for the US market (mandatory).
• Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar takeoff software.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical and Plumbing systems, CSI divisions, and construction materials.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and M&P drawings accurately.
• Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience with RSMeans or other cost databases.
• Familiarity with US construction codes and standards.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
