We’re Hiring: Mid to Jr. level MEP Estimator - US Market

Location: Wapda Town, Lahore (Onsite-Full-Time)
Shift Timing: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Estimator with proven experience in the US construction market. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in estimating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, along with the capability to guide and support junior estimators within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents related to MEP scope
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate cost estimates using estimation software
Develop comprehensive cost breakdowns for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
Coordinate with project managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to clarify scope and pricing
Ensure timely completion of estimates within strict deadlines
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior estimators
Stay updated with US MEP standards, codes, and market pricing trends

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
2-5 years of MEP estimation experience for the US market (mandatory)
Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar takeoff software
Strong understanding of MEP systems, CSI divisions, and construction materials
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately
Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail
Effective communication and leadership abilities

Preferred:
Experience with RSMeans or other cost databases
Familiarity with US construction codes and standards
