HR & Admin Assistant/ Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll for part-time and sister company employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and welfare records.
  • Prepare HR reports for management and HODs.
  • Assist in training programs, HRDF submissions, and ad-hoc HR/admin tasks.
  • Support general administrative duties, including office coordination and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Familiarity with HRIS/attendance systems (iFlexi preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to handle HR and admin tasks.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in BM, BI, and CN to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and personnel.
