Administrator, Operations Intelligence

The purpose of this role is to support organisational effectiveness through the maintenance, monitoring and administration of operational systems, reporting processes and tracking tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that operational data, reports and system updates are completed accurately and timeously. They will proactively identify and escalate system-related issues to the relevant departments, support field teams and internal stakeholders, and assist the Supervisor with daily operational and reporting tasks.

This role requires a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, good problem-solving ability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality at all times.


The candidate will be expected to:

  • Maintain and monitor operational systems and reporting tools.
  • Assist with data updates, report tracking and system administration.
  • Identify, investigate and escalate system-related issues proactively.
  • Support field teams and departments with system or reporting queries.
  • Ensure information is captured, updated and shared accurately.
  • Assist the Supervisor with operational, administrative and reporting tasks.
  • Track progress on deliverables and follow up where required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and business stakeholders.
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with operational, employee or business information.
  • Ensure deadlines are met through effective time management and task planning.

Suggested Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Experience in administration, operations support, reporting, systems support or data capturing will be advantageous
  • Good computer literacy
  • Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills will be advantageous
  • Ability to work accurately with data and operational information
  • Ability to communicate clearly with field teams and internal departments
  • Must be organised, reliable and able to meet deadlines
